		<description>I&#039;m in a similar position, although I tend to keep it to sub 200 at any time now. I have e-mail responding mornings/evenings occasionally to go through a lot of the backlog. 

I find using PocoMail (www.pocosystems.com) with simple old POP3 over any fancy pants Exchange type setup miles more manageable too, despite having to collect mail in a slightly disjointed way via my Nokia E90.

Still, I&#039;d sooner have e-mail than phone calls anytime.</description>
